Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Adults and children 12 or more years of age: 1/4 tsp in water 1-3 times daily. If taking Gentle Birth, decrease dose to 1/8 tsp in water 1-3 times daily. 1/4 tsp = approximately 2 full droppers. Shake well before use.
