Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions: Directions: We recommend starting with half a tablet to judge the strength of this product. As a dietary supplement take one tablet per serving after that time. Read warnings and only use as directed.
Precautions re: All Other: Although uncommon, side effects such as dry eyes, skin irritation, upset stomach, hair loss, joint pain, headache, and vertigo have been reported and are more likely to occur when taking more than 1 tablet a day. For this reason we now recommend only 1 tablet is taken unless you have doctor approval to increase your dose. If you get any side effects stop taking the product.
